Are you aware that anger is NOT a “negative emotion”? Anger is designed to help us develop better lives for ourselves.
In this course we’re introducing a new way of understanding, knowing and working with anger. You’ll learn to use anger the way it’s designed to work for us. You’ll get in charge of anger in your life and develop your empowerment with anger in ways that will last the rest of your life.
The worst thing we can do with anger is hold it inside of us. Doing this makes anger dangerous to us. Yet that’s what we’ve been taught to do in most life situations. Instead, we want to know how to move anger through and out of us. Come find out how!
In this 60-minute session, you’ll learn these things about anger:
1. What anger is
2. What the cause of anger is
3. What to do about the cause
4. How anger hurts us (including your success in life or on the pitch)
5. How to work with anger to put yourself in charge, without hurting others
6.. How to “let go” of anger” so you can move on to other things
Start now to use anger constructively, move anger through you, and live an easier life!
Class Intention
This practical introductory class is designed to show you how to change your relationship with anger and empower yourself to put yourself in charge. We’re offering a proven approach that has been working for Anger Realignment students for half a century.
New information, practical actions for dealing with anger, and tools to facilitate anger working for you at the same time as you harmlessly release damaging angry energy.
This is for you if…
• You feel at the mercy of the anger that you feel, believing there is little you can do to alter its influence in your life—allowing you to be a calmer and happier person and a star at your work!
• You want to finish with certain angers, some of which may have been in your life for years!
• You want to develop understanding and tools that really work to put you in charge of anger on a lasting basis, empowering you and making room for creating the happier life you desire.

It’s time for you to discover and incorporate information about anger that you’ve never heard before, yet will lead you to develop mastery over anger and thereby profoundly improve your life.
Held-onto anger can negatively impact your self-esteem, your relationships, your relationship with yourself, and your success. If you think it’s time for all of this to end, then take this class!
This course offers the knowledge, skills, and support to:
• Understand specifically how held-onto anger impacts your everyday life.
• Learn proven approaches to resolving even long-standing or repeating anger.
• Gain practical tools for working with anger you can apply immediately in your sport, relationships, and everyday life.
This is your opportunity to take charge of anger so it ultimately supports your growth, success, and lifelong well-being.
